A look into the system…

• A System consisting of a custom-built membrane reactor to suite your any membrane developed.
• Reactors are machined out of solid metals to achieve precise micron tolerances and gaps. Soft seals are selected based on compatibility of various gases fed.
• End user may feed in any composition of gases ranging from 1 gas to as many as 20-50 gases.
• This system comprises of 9 gases to be fed in controlled manner with the help of MFCs to test the permeability and other properties of the membranes.
• Inert Backwashing and regeneration mode take care of removal of stuck in unwanted gaseous molecules in the membranes and making it ready for the fresh feeds.
• The Reactor downstream has condensers, KO pots, GLS and multiport valve for further gas analysis through  Valco VICI make automatic multiport valve.

• System has its dedicated vacuum pump and chiller integrated in the automation system.
• An Agilent GC was supplied along with this system
• Complete system was controlled through a computer with the help of PLC-SCADA system
