Primary Responsibilities :

  1. Review specifications upon received of request for quotation from clients, discuss with the line manager / sales manager, whether to proceed or decline the quote.
  2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and costing for respective project, including all necessary document.
  3. Submit technical bid, and government tenders under the supervision of line manager.
  4. Attend technical clarification meetings or kick of meetings.
  5. Attend commercial negotiation with clients together or with the management.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of any information that are classified as a confidential.
  7. Collaborating with sales and technical teams to understand project requirements.
  8. Improve verbal communication with the clients.
  9. Explore the new clients and plan sales visit, linked in posting, and other marketing strategy.
  10. Preparation of weekly sales planning forecasting
  11. Plan the meetings for new enquiries.
  12. Follow-up with clients for submitted techno-commercial offer.
