A Glimpse of Pilon’s Capabilities..

• Pilon can provide glass-lined reactors to meet a wide variety of chemical processes, volume requirements (from laboratory scale to semi-commercial to commercial levels), incorporating local design and international code requirements (ASME, AD2000, GB150, JIS…)
• All our reactors have excellent resistance to corrosion, smooth non-stick properties and non-catalytic inertness.
• The reactor is a vessel with an agitator that allow the mixing of chemicals in a contained environment. The reactor can be pressurised and operate in a range of temperatures. The top section of the reactor allows the process nozzles to connect which bring in the chemicals and gases as appropriate and allow for cleaning head nozzles. They have a number of sizes but typically range from 25 litres to 16000 litres
• This particular system comprised of Indigenised Glass Lined Reactor having its own lifting and lowering arrangement.
• A dedicated heating and cooling reactor having temperature range from -40 to 300 Deg C was integrated along with GLR.
• A computerised PLC-SCADA system takes care of complete automation of the system along with necessary data and trends logging.
