ASME Section VIII, Div. I, PED, IS2825 etc. are standards followed for coded manufacturing of Pressure Vessels. Material is procured directly from mills/ manufacturers duly inspected by inspection agencies. A team of core competent designers using latest 3D modelling & calculation software, quality inspectors & skilled work force ensures precise manufacturing of these vessels as per customer satisfaction. We are competent enough to work with any material of construction, usually our clients deal in carbon steels, stainless steels 304/ 316, duplex grades of SS, Copper & copper alloys etc.

Distillation is a process that can be used to separate a pure liquid from a mixture of liquids. It works when the liquids have different boiling points. Distillation columns are made up of several components, each of which is used either to transfer heat energy or enhance material transfer. A typical distillation contains several major components:

  • A vertical shell where the separation of liquid components is carried out
  • Column internals such as trays/plates and/or packing’s which are used to enhance component separations
  • A reboiler to provide the necessary vaporisation for the distillation process
  • A condenser to cool and condense the vapour leaving the top of the column
  • A reflux drum to hold the condensed vapour from the top of the column so that liquid (reflux) can be recycled back to the column
  • The vertical shell houses the column internals and together with the condenser and reboiler, constitutes a distillation column.

A device used for separation of fluids, generally separating liquid droplets from vapours, separation process in oil production, and a long range of processes. A separation vessel can be referred to as an Oil and Gas separator, Stage separator, Knockout vessel, Scrubber.

Limpet coil reactor vessels are used to control the temperature of the reactants with the help of heating or cooling media circulated through coils surrounding the main vessel. Ideally suitable for medium heat transfer requirement and heating application where heating media temperature is above 150 Centigrade (302 Fahrenheit). Coils are half piped welded on the outer side of the main vessel.

Process reactors are used for commercial production applications in the range of 1,000 to 1,000,000 litres. They are sometimes called industrial-scale reactors. Process reactors are categorized as batch, continuous, or fed-batch, depending upon the way in which they process samples, products, and waste. Continuous process reactors can be many more times productive than batch reactors, and can be operated for long periods of time without being shut-down. Fed-batch reactors are more common, however, and can achieve high productivity.

  1. 1.Making Drawing for Pressure Vessel, column, Heat Exchanger etc.
  2. 2.Making Dosing System Drawing as per client P &ID.
  3. 3.Having Experience in EPC Project
  4. 4.Designing of Manufacturing components, Assembly, GA drawing and assembly of project

Reporting to : Respective Line Manager
Primary Responsibilities :
  1. Preparation of Project Planning & Scheduling, Attending project Kick off meetings.
  2. One point contact to customer.
  3. Act as main coordination between Customer, Factory, and Supplier.
  4. Monitor the overall progress of projects against schedule and reporting to management.
  5. Maintain detailed project files and applicable records.
  6. coordinate the assigned project work during all project phases
  7. Manage budget, procurement and schedules for various projects.
  8. Provide approved documents along with manufacturing schedule based on the Commercial situation, inventory & time frame to the factory & supplier.
  9. Follow-up with supplier & factory for manufacturing status.
  10. Provide the project progress status to customer & management.
  11. Coordination of the inspection activity with factory, supplier, customer & TPI as per customer requirements

  • Having experience in EPC projects.
  • Having knowledge of exposure to pressure vessels, various types of process equipment, skid mounted systems is must.
  • Hould be able to prepare GA Drawings, Detailed fabrication drawings to support manufacturing .
  • Assembly of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, reactors, pressure vessels, skid, piping/ tubing etc
  • Should have experience of Preparation of Pipeline drawing – PFD / PID
  • Preparation of GAD/ layouts for projects.
  • Having experience in EPC projects.
  • Having knowledge of exposure to pressure vessels, various types of process equipment, skid mounted systems is must.
  • hould be able to prepare GA Drawings, Detailed fabrication drawings to support manufacturing .
  • Assembly of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, reactors, pressure vessels, skid, piping/ tubing etc
  • Should have experience of Preparation of Pipeline drawing – PFD / PID
  • Preparation of GAD/ layouts for projects.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Excellent networking and time management skills.
