The need for a High Pressure Distillation operation for the end user is fulfilled through this flawlessly designed set-up.
The skid mounted system consists of the following:
A batch reactor with capacity 5 liters, operating from Full vacuum to 55 bar and 250 Deg. C. Reactor is equipped with Internal cooling coil and an external ceramic band heater.
The distillation column, filled with wire mesh regular structured packing, help in the distillation process.
A condenser, to condense the vapor load from the reactor.
Jacketed vessel for distillate collection.
Weighing scale for measurement of the collected distillate.
A unique feature of this system is the incorporation of a Lifting lowering arrangement to the reactor.
This particular design is done to provide a hassle free work experience for the end-user.
The Distillation column is designed to achieve a high degree of separation.
To top it all, the system is fully automated with a touch screen HMI Panel, for ease of operation.

Gas Separation – Separated gases further passed to analysis section
Liquid Separation – Separated liquid to product vessel
Scrubber
Product Vessel with Weighing Scale.
Coriolis Mass Flow Controller for Precise flow control of product.
Gas Analyzers for various gases such as CO2, CH4, CO, O2.
Wet Gas Meter for Mass Balance.
Fully Automated system to carry out the process, with a control panel, SCADA based system.
